Refund Policy

1. Automatic Refunds

HairGo is committed to providing high-quality service to all users. If hairstyle generation fails or does not meet quality standards, credits will be automatically refunded to your account without manual application.

  • Generation Failure: Credits automatically refunded immediately
  • Quality Issues: Automatic refund after system detection
  • Technical Errors: Full refund of consumed credits

2. Subscription Refunds

Important Notice:Subscription plans are non-refundable once purchased. Please carefully confirm your plan selection before subscribing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but paid subscription fees are non-refundable. After cancellation:

  • You can still use the remaining subscription period
  • Credits in your account remain valid during the subscription period
  • Subscription will not auto-renew after expiration

3. Credit Pack Refunds

Within 7 days of purchasing a credit pack, if you have not used any credits, you may request a full refund:

  • Within 7 days of purchase
  • Credit pack completely unused
  • Submit refund request form
  • Refund processed within 3-7 business days after approval

Note:If you have used any credits from the pack, you are not eligible for a refund.

After approval, refund will be processed within 3-7 business days to original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription plans (regardless of usage)
  • Used credit packs
  • Credit packs purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Accounts banned for violating Terms of Service
  • Users who abuse the refund policy

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of the service after policy changes indicates acceptance of the new policy. Major changes will be communicated to users via email.

8. Legal Basis

This refund policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and related laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the People's Republic of China, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hangzhou.
