By accessing and using HairGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

HairGo provides AI-powered hairstyle design services. Users can upload photos and receive generated images with different hairstyles applied.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may only upload photos for which you have the right to use
• You agree not to misuse or abuse our service

4. Billing and Credits

• Each generation costs 2 credits
• Monthly subscription credits do not roll over
• Yearly subscription credits are valid during the subscription period
• Credit pack purchases are valid for 1 year
• Failed generations will result in automatic credit refunds

5. Intellectual Property

Generated images are provided to you without watermarks. You retain rights to the generated images, but HairGo retains rights to the underlying AI technology and templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

HairGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hangzhou, China.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
